Shipping Policy

We know how much you want your order to arrive, and your pet probably does too. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most of our items arrive in 3 to 8 business days after they ship, because they leave from warehouses in the United States. A few items ship from other warehouses and need a little more time, up to 15 business days. We show the estimated delivery time on each product page. Delivery times may be longer during holidays and busy periods. If anything takes longer than expected, write to us at hello@tailmoss.shop and we will check on it right away.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders of $35 or more, and on all kits.
• Flat rate of $4.99 on orders under $35.

We currently ship to the United States.

Taxes and duties

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If you are ever charged import fees at delivery, write to us at hello@tailmoss.shop and we will cover them.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take a few days to update after your order ships.

Missing or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at hello@tailmoss.shop and we will help.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, write to us as soon as possible, before the order ships.
